TM44 Air Conditioning Inspections
Air conditioning equipment with a combined rated cooling output greater than 12kW Requires an energy assessment carried out every 5 years. This aims to improve efficiency, reduce electricity consumption, and carbon emissions of your equipment.
Inspections highlight improvements and recommendations of your existing equipment or opportunities to replace older equipment with energy-efficient alternatives.
Inspections will report on maintenance regimes and compliance with the F-gas Regulations and Ozone Depleting Substances Regulations (e.g. R22).
